Property is new,but breakfast facility very poor and at basement, no ac on fan ,bad oder at that place,when we claim their bad facility,they provide half type limited breakfast in one our,room was good

Disappointed with Basic Services and Restrictions I stayed at Hotel OPO in Gurugram and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. First of all, the hotel does not allow food delivery from Swiggy or Zomato, which is very inconvenient for guests who prefer variety or have dietary preferences. They insist on using their in-house menu, which is barely functional — only a handful of dishes were available, and even those weren’t satisfactory. To add to the frustration, basic amenities like mosquito repellent (All-Out or similar) were not provided. When I requested it and complained about the mosquito problem in the room, the staff was dismissive and didn’t offer any solution. Overall, poor service, limited food options, and lack of guest-friendly policies made the stay uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.

Location is good. Food is good but service wise. They gave me another room than the booked room. The room key was not working. They gave me twin bed instead of a booked double bed
